I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I specialize in offering highly individualized psychotherapy for individuals and couples.

 

I earned my Masters degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and my Bachelors degree in Psychology from University of Minnesota Duluth. I have experience working in private practice, group practice, and residential treatment settings.

I have training in Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and training in Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic and depth therapy approaches. I use a combination of each of these approaches, along with attachment and trauma lenses to offer individualized psychotherapy to my clients.
